As Tech Lead at Eproc Factory, I champion modernisation projects and guide their delivery with the teams. I led the redesigns of Primo and the e-catalogues, built the entire connection Hub and took responsibility for the cloud infrastructure and network.

THE CONTEXT
A purchasing ecosystem to evolve.
Eproc Factory develops B2B purchasing platforms connected to clients’ systems and a 4D business foundation. My role: evolving the applications, their business integrations and their operating environment.

The Hub: connecting access and applications.
A critical part of the purchasing journey: the Hub connects Eproc applications and clients’ access methods.
A project led from end to end
I led the project, designed its architecture and developed the entire connection portal.
It brings together credential-based access, SSO and PunchOut journeys to interconnect the Eproc platforms.

Championing redesigns. Guiding their delivery.
I advocated the Primo and e-catalogue redesign projects with management, then guided delivery with the teams, from mockup reviews to development and maintenance.
PRIMO / SCOPING & ARCHITECTURE
Shaping Primo’s redesign.
A platform for submitting and tracking purchasing requests in S2P and P2P journeys. I defined the software architecture and design patterns, documented API routes and coordinated with back-end and 4D teams. I also contributed code.
E-CATALOGUES / REDESIGN & TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
Structuring the e-catalogue redesign.
Client catalogues for purchasing across subsidiaries, stores and franchises. I defined the technical foundations of the redesign, scoped development and supported developers in coordination with the back-end and 4D teams.

I manage Eproc Factory’s cloud infrastructure and network, from setup to operation, working with IT partners.

A completely redesigned company network
I redesigned the entire network with Ubiquiti equipment: firewall, VLANs and VPN.
CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE / DEPLOYMENT
A new cloud infrastructure deployed
I deployed Eproc Factory’s new cloud infrastructure, incorporating security, monitoring and traceability.
My scope also covers DevOps practices, ongoing operations and maintenance, the IT equipment fleet and coordination with IT partners.
